quilty or guilty? LOL maggie.
sure has been fun reading all of these though!

and lord? "yo shore be stubborn"

Pooga

10 years old? Hah!

I've been using the word since we got our first typewriter, and that was almost 40 years ago! And since typographical errors have probably been made since the day after the first typesetter was hired, I'll guess more like 500 years. :-)

Maggie - every once in a while a topic comes up that we just can't let go of. Used to happen a lot more, but sometimes it's interesting just to see how a message thread evolves.

Thats why slang words are not good to use. I say if we were to go back in time [about 300 years] and talk like we talk now-a-days no one would understand us, because of the slang terms we use, and the figures of speech, etc.

groovy is still in use today.
grody to the max seems to be gone.
gag me with a spoon is thankfully gone
now i hear a lot of "sweet" as in that car is sweet. I usually reply with nah tastes like road dust.

well pooga i am certainly willing to give you my feedback on this matter but am at a loss of words. i am going to let the rest of them defend the correct spelling and pronuciation of the different words since as of recently I have found i know diddily about typoes and typos. :-)
