Idjit had a fire at his revenue home…roofers set the house on fire…now he's rebuilding it.

Poor luck.. hope insurance is helping out..
that and the roofers.. paying some .. as it sounds they caused it..

Right now it's the roofer's insurance company and mine pointing fingers at one another. My tenants had no insurance at all. I'm doing upgrades that won't be covered- like pulling cable and phone wires, upgrading windows, leveling the floors, adding more electrical plugs, maybe even new kitchen cabinets. Busy Busy Busy!

:) even if the tenants had insurance it wouldn't cover the house.. just their contents.

i think a CMT party would be warranted at Idjits, then we can all pitch in pulling wire or whatever construction men do.

You're right about having a party when I'm done- celebrate the small victories, and the big challenges don't seem so intimidating.
