Not one of my hits, but found the commens about <a href="http://www.cdn-money.com/cdnmoney/servlet/cmtViewBill?ID=713967"Target="window"> this one</a> a bit confusing. The bill obviously was entered into the system already. Anyone know what this anonymous person is talking about?

Appearantly he expected to see where it had been before he entered it.
When someone enters a bill anonymously, how much information does he have acces to? Can he see the path it has taken?
He sees exactley what we see after he enters the bill..
yea… after you enter it.. it shows history same as if you are a user and hit someone bill
it says you produced a hit.. this is the history.. with a link on history..

how do you see a database b4 you open it.. .. this guy is obviously a few cards short of a deck!!
he or she probably does not understand the concept of "tracking". they are thinking why should I have to enter it? if it is stamped should it not already be entered. not thinking of course about how we would track it if no one enters it. does this rabble babble make sense?

I did not say that her/his comment made sense. I was just trying to understand what in the world were they thinking!!!
That's what antics means. This no name doesn't realize if you don't enter it how can we track it!!! After entering they must realize how it works, only now they can't change their comment.
wonder if this person was thinking of becoming a member after they entered the bill…
then thought..
