Are brand new sequencial bills from an ATM machine considered "uncirculated"? Or must they be "packaged" as in a post office purchase ?

Personally I'd consider them uncirculated. I'm no expert though, so maybe someone else can shed more light on this?
I call any bill uncirculated if it looks like it has not been. whether it has or not is of no consequence to me.
I do the same, if its looks brand new - i put unc
Yeah, an UNC bill is one that is in perfect condition. No fold, nor tears, no wrinkles, etc. A nice crisp bill that looks like it was just made. Doesn't matter if it came from the machine.
THANKS FOR THE CONFIRMATION AND INFO
