Series Year

dr, is it necessary to have the series year designated when entering bills? Shouldn't the database be able to differentiate by the prefix?

I know that the 'other' sites don't require it, and some of the comments I've seen lately suggest that a new user may be confused by the request. And the last thing we need is a confused user!

I was thinking that a while back. I think, also, that it doesn't need to be inputted by the user. The database already know whether a prefix is a five or not.

Wow! no more sorting bills- that would speed things up!
