On an earlier thread which is slowly being buried onto other pages, I asked the community if they would give hits to both sites if there was two sites marked on a bill. 11 people responded thus far and the results are: 6 people would give hits to both sites, 4 people would NOT, and 1 didn't really answer the question. Almost an even split. Of those who would not; some cited lack of time. If you have time to post a message here then you have time to give someone a hit elsewhere. How long does it take to enter a bill? Anyway; some strayed from the question citing the average person would be confused. I'm not asking the average person. I'm asking YOU, the registered CMT user. What would YOU do? My next question is: If you find a bill with only one site marked on it (WW or WHIB, NOT CMT), would YOU the registered cmt user still give that person the hit at the other site or ignore it because it's not CMT?
Well I am one that did respond and said that i would enter at another site marked on a bill and would then put my CMT stamp on one side and enter it here on CMT.
new people are the average people that find a bill that is marked, they are curious and NOT interested is trying to fill in the info on both sites at the same time. maybe later after they get hooked they will want to check out other sites.
as far as i'm concerned when i was trying to enter over 50 bills a say , plus any marked bills i found the time involved was way too much to. the KISS ( keep it simple stupid )definately applies here.

I've never actually received a marked bill, but if I happened to find one stamped with more than one address and I was really bored I would probably hit all the sites just to see what's up where. Think I may not be a typical user, though. :)
I enter it at the site which is on the bill. Also enter it here. I do not stamp other people's bill - no matter the site.

But we should have a protocol to respect the other sites.. give them their hits,

And do not stamp the bill with multiple sites,
As all 3 cdn money tracking web sites want new users.
When a bill is marked with multiple sites, the potential new users will not go to any of them.. and probably if in the future they see a bill marked with only 1 site still not come.
As a CMT user I would enter a bill from any and all sites marked on the bill. I don't think I answered the previous thread concerning this, so I'll say it now. :)
as said earlier i will only give the hit to ONE site. Bills should NOT be marked with both. it clutters them. If this site is on it then this one gets the hit. if any ONE of the other sites are on it, I will give it a hit. if two are on it and one is not this one, neither one will get a hit. but i will enter it here and not mark it with yet another stamp
easy…I'd enter the bill at any site it was stamped from, as I have done in the past, no matter how many stamps were on the bill.
I have had the opportunity to enter one bill at another site, with only one stamp on it. I did not mark our site on it because I felt it would clutter the bill. Nor did I enter it on this site. I also hope that no one from other sites put their stamp on any of my bills, as long as they enter them. Like joe said in a previous post…..K.I.S.S.

I totally agree with Lord_Comedy. There should be some sort of protocol. Everyone loves getting hits so don't deny someone a hit just because they belong to another tracking site. We're all in this for the same reason, to see where our money goes.
simple dont clutter the bills. it becomes annoying to have cluttered bills. i could put MY website on the for advertising but do not. if there are 2 different web sites on there most people will just look at it and simply not bother at all with either of them.
Of course I would enter any marked bill at the site with which it is marked! How else would I see "where it's been"? That is what "money tracking" is all about, to me! Would I enter and mark it for CMT ? Well of course!
Iwould probly hit the CMT and be curious and check out the other site/s (which i didn't know existed) and posiblly hit the other site as well?????
