Seems like dr logged on and added the prefixes himself manually today. Just tested HJK, INU, INT, INV, INY, and INZ and they all worked.

From my understanding promotions have always worked. They happen every Saturday morning. In the time since I made my post complaining about me not getting a promotion, I have gone from User -> Regular User -> Dedicated User -> Senior User.
I've done some research on my own and I roughly have an idea of the requirements of each user level.
I am certain that the only thing holding me back from getting a promotion to Tracker is a lack of messages posted. I won't just spam messages either so I guess I'll just have to continue responding to people for more messages posted😉
And I got my admin status back!
