Well, vacation is over 😢.
While the weather & temperature were excellent and the time away was delightful, I gotta say that its always nice to return home. (even though later this afternoon it started to snow😲). Ya, ya gotta love living on the prairies 😂
Gonna try and make it out & to the bank tomorrow and get some Canadian cash ($5s) so I can once again return to entering my daily limits. Make up for lost time as they say😁😁
Next years trip is already booked. Cant wait for the calendar days to fly by!!

Where is next year's trip going?
Except for a quickie shopping trip to Edmonton or Calgary, this should be a whole summer at home for a change.
Do have a trip planned for the fall though… Italy and Switzerland.
Next trip is another Viking river cruise.
This time sailing from Amsterdam to Budapest with an extra 3 days pretrip being spent in the Amsterdam area.
I got back to Ottawa yesterday afternoon from Calgary. Had a blast going around Alberta and Saskatchewan, along with skiing in Banff!
I definitely spread too many notes around the prairies, already getting some hits out of it ;)

We did the Budapest to Amsterdam cruise 2 years ago with Emerald. Great time. LOTS of locks on the Rhine-Main Canal! And we loved Budapest. Really walkable city centre.
