I would call those unmarked but registered bills = sleepers, I would also call the web site markings on the bills = tags . The term HITS reminds me of fishing and I love fishing hence love the term ( now if Icould only get some). Any bill out there will a tag on it I would call = bait.
When a bill has more than one web site listed on it would that make it a "BILL BOARD" ?
I am sure that this site has all sorts of terms they use but without a guide page how are us newbie gonna know?

Sleepers are bills that have been out there a very long time before getting hit.

For example we recently had one that was sleeping for over 1400 days.

When a bill thet isn't marked gets hit we call it a stealth hit because you don't know someone else entered it until after you entered it.
If you enter a bill thet is marked and it does result in a hit we call it an ORPHAN because the original user that entered it entered the serial number incorrectly and wwe don't know who the original marker is.
We call the marker of the bill that brought someone to this site their hit daddy.

I think "bait" would be an excellent term to use. Might get a lot of people wondering what the heck this CMT thing is all about..
