Thanks for the info, there's no Office Depot around here but there is a store just like it and I think they may be able to help me out.

Staples? Or you can look for a Print shop, or Copy Shop. They may be able too. Or like i said, Send me some $$$ and ill be glad to order you one!

I just designed one using my print program and run the bills through my printer. If they aren't in too bad of shape, this works good.

I'd still rather use a rubber stamp. More creative that way. Hey…..we should have a contest to compare different stamp designs. We are all told to use a stamp, but there are so many ways you can go about this. Large or small? margined or not? Colorful or just plain. I've yet to get my stamp(s), so many ways I just cannot decide!

Good idea. I'd be interested in the different types, sizes, colours, etc of stamps used by people and whether any correlation can be drawn in frequency of hits.

At the Saskatoon members meeting, we all pulled out our stamps and compared them.

CJ runs hers thru a laser printer, and they looked very good!

Ya, the "old" guys at the meeting complained that my font was too small, so I'm printing a little larger now. Hopefully that = more hits.

Arial was 6 pt now its a whopping 8. I know, after entering 2300 bills I shouldn't have this "thing" about marking bills. But I'm getting better about it, really I am :)

So you stick the bills thru a printer?? I was thinking of trying to "print" a bill, but thoughjt it would be difficult and ruin the bill… hmm.

I've been going to try it out on the inkjet printer at home, but with the head moving back and forth I'm afraid of catching and ripping a more wrinkled bill. With the laser printer though, it works great. Load them the same way envelopes load. My paper guide doesn't close quite small enough so I use a small box (old inkjet ink box) to keep them tight. I also make sure the leading edge is not folded and large rips are taped (small rips don't jamb up my printer, before you ask it is a HP 4plus), that's all there is to it.

The only problem is, i have no LASER JET printer…? I bought a new printer 2 weeks ago, a normal deskjet. HP..
Anyway, sounds interesting, ill stick to my red stamp.

CJ's system works great and looks great. The larger font will help a lot. I've missed a few of hers just because it is hard to spot, and she does 'em front and back. I tried it on my 2100 and I spent quite a while digging bills out, so laser printers are not created equal…
