Hit Heaven

Had a bill go to Hit Heaven today and rightfully so, it was hit twice within 23 minutes (in Winnipeg, quite some time ago). I recall another one of mine hit twice in Weyburn within 4 minutes. Does dr move them there or is it automatic? I assume they are put there manually. Just thought I'd ask.

I move them to hit heaven when I get free time to go through all the unverified hits; I am working my way through December right now.
