Entry Limit at 5 - still

I finally got a code by email after about 6 tries, but when I entered the code it said there was an error. I retyped it, but got the same. I requested a new code & got that, then verified it, which took me to the website. I confirmed it, but it still stopped at 5.

Dont type it, just copy and paste. YOu may be typing a Zero instead of an O or something similar.
