NOW I AM WONDERING AFTER EVERY HIT I GET I SEND A THANK YOU TO THE HITTER IF E-MAIL IS AVAILABLE. IS THIS A STANDARD PRACTICE OR AM I CROSSING THE PRIVACY LINE ? I HAVE A NUMBER OF POTENTIAL NEWBIES ON THE WAY TO MAKING ME A HIT DADDY AND DO NOT WANT TO SCARE ANYONE AWAY WITH MY THANK YOU E-MAILS.
I don't think it is a problem…..lots of users send out thank you notes to the 'hitter'… :-]
I send a thank you to every hitter..
I used to but most (99%) only enter that one bill anyhow and I have a lack of time. I do it in the forum if it is a regular user. as in thank you babydoll and mstiggs and anoymous! woke up to 3 this morning.
Same with me, I used to but most don't go on with the site. I have one hit kid and I don't recall sending him/her a thank you. But it's a nice gesture anyhow.
i send thank you's to anyone that gives me a hit… so go for it mark :)
I try to thank everyone that gives me a hit. Most of the time its almost a week later. But I also mention whether or not they have been back on site and I hope they return soon (if its a newbie) I think it helps them come back?!!? Or makes then check us out again.
I agree, sending thank yous is a good idea. Nobody has ever gotten mad at being thanked (at least not yet).
Couldn'tt agree more with sending thank u's out, especially to newbies to make them that much more welcome to the site.
