But then again, I've had bills upgrade from poor to very good in a month. And from CMT trackers no less!!

Deciding what the "grade" of a bill is can be a challenge when you are a new user. Also, someone else's idea of the condition of a bill can vary quite a bit from person to person.

I have seen the odd bill that has gone down and then back up in condition during my many visits to the site……

Even I get them wrong sometimes and I've been here almost a year. Accidentally upgraded a hit given to rudyk which I believe was November. I also upgraded a hit for jknoke, but that was in my Newbie days.

I have only been at it a couple of months and still getting used to rating the bills. It's gotta get easier and consistent as time goes by…. Doesn't it???? :o)

Yeah it does get easier. For the first while I consulted the site's guide, but eventually you just get to know the diff between G and VG or F and VF, etc. It just takes time I guess.

And here is a prime example of THAT! And then read the info posted. It only took three months to improve.
