bill error?

has that ever happened to you guys??
i entered in the serial no. for a 10 dollar bill i got a couple days ago… then it tells me to contact administrator because the code isn't right?? don't have proof of the bill itself.. cuz i spent it..

Yeah, it has happened on occasion, but usually I still have the bill. I double check all numbers that I write down now though because at times I have a tendency to transpose numbers….

Make sure you selected the right series (year).

If it is a new series, they all start FE then the third letter is a consonant.
