a suggestion

Maybe for a future version, on the forum pages - there could be a +- with the heading of the thread, and if you click on the +, it will expand to show all the posts.
This way, we could have more of the headings on one page. It could still be highlighted if you haven't read it. Then, when you click on the +, the thread would expand to show all the posts, the ones not read by you being bolder.

Don't know how much work this is to code, but it's a suggestion that I thought that would help move around the forums quite a bit.

Sometimes, users answer a post when it's on the third or more page, hard to find that elusive unread post. We could have up to 10-20 threads on each topics main page this way.

This soounds like a grat idea, but as you mentioned it may take some doing in terms of the coding. Hafta see what DR thinks….

now that you started this thread… another one i saw, was very similar to the + - … however, when you had a message that was NOT read… it would automatically go + to that unread message. which is kinda neat… just a thought, not expecting this!
