I am a new user. I was able to enter a couple of bills the other day, but now when i try to add a new bill i get a "run time" error message and can't add the bill. Any ideas???

I see that you actually entered a couple of marked bills.

Did you verify your email address? That might be keeping you from entering your own bills.

Is is everyt time you try to enter a bill or were you trying to enter your own bills the once? Occationally the system hickups. If I get that I hit the back button and do what I was doing again.

Yes, i have verified my email address. The 2 bills that i show as hits i had actually entered before i decided to register, so when i entered them again they only show as hits. I had no problem up till then. Now every time i enter a new bill i am getting the run time error. I just entered 2 different bills and still got the error but it added them anyway, so i tryed to enter the ones i had trouble with yesterday and still get the error mess. and the are not added?

Runtime error? What do you mean? If you are getting some sort of error message on the screen, then please send me an email with what you did and what the complete message was. But, it may have just been a site hiccup.

I don't have any ideas on that but do want to welcome you to the site from Moose Jaw, Sask. Happy tracking

All I know is that something didn't happen within a certain given time period. Example: Info supposed to be received in 10 seconds but not sent within that time period. I get this problem countless times at work.

Could be my computer but every time i add a bill, the following message pops up; Error. a run time error has occured. Do you wish to debug. Line: 49 error: 'whitespace' undefined.
If i click "NO" it will add the bill, but just a pain to have that pop up every time.

Give dr all the info. What you are using for a CPU, Operating System, and browser. Need that basic info to track it down.

I have never seen the problem you are describing.
