MONEY STAMP

I'm from Saskatoon, and I was wondering where I'm suppose to get those stamps and how much they are?

You don't HAVE to have a stamp, but it does make it easier.

Best place in Saskatoon is Roses Marking Devices on Pacific Avenue.

Anybody know of a place in southern or central Ontario to get a stamp? i.e Toronto, Hamilton, Barrie

Welcome to the site white_rabbit.

For a stamp check the yellow pages under Rubber Stamps for places that make them. You can usually go to an office supply store and they can get them for you.

Just put the web site address on it with a phrase to catch someone's eye. There is a page with examples of some people's stamps but I don't have it with me.

a good hint is the larger the font the easier it catches the eye..
if it is too big then if it tough to find a place to stamp your bills as the stamp should not cover security features, serial # , or denomination, :) stay away from faces. *( esp the queen ). ( i stamp in the bald spot at the top of the guy's head )

I was hoping someone could remember where someone posted a link to some great examples of stamps. (I've been searching like crazy and can't find it!) I recently viewed them and wrote them on some paper but didn't write down what the link was or who posted it. There were even scans of some bills and how & where they were marked. This would give Ramblinroy and others a great start! I could scan my hand written notes but the chat link would be the best! By the way, I love reading all of the comments, this is a fun hobby.

These are from two years ago when dr scanned the money that was donated to purchase a postal code system.

Is it worse to actually write it on the bill, or does it make a difference?

much faster to stamp…..and a lot easier on the hands (no writers cramp)

a stamp looks much neater than handwriting even when you take care and do it carefully
