Can anyone please help me i'm have (mental) difficulties trying to figure out how to put a picture into my profile.

you have to email dr with the picture, you cannot put it in there by yourself. I believe the measurements have to be 200 x 200 (pixels) - but I'm not positive

200 x 200 pixels is correct…..
