For Maggie... 8 hits continued

Sorry to get your hopes up, but when I get a chance to look at the hits for the weekend, that will likely turn into a 4 hit day. Besides, the purest trackers only count hits from "unique" people.

Chickenman is a realatively new person.
So him going and entering all the money shouldn't be a problem.
I wouldn't want say Idjit to find a "bundle" of my money and enter them all, but someone new.. I would understand.
Either way you should chastize someone for being happy.

Speaking of Idjit
When I was going though all his hits.. and I went though alot. He had alot of "Bundles" of hits from other regular users. Some even somewhat recent.
Dr if you are gonna go though maggies recent hits and take away the "Bundles" I think to be fair you should go back to day 1.. and look though all the hits on the site and remove ALL "Bundles".. You took my orignal hit away. hit in ontario about a day after i had entered it… I had spend it the day or so b4 I had even entered it. With a Limit of 5 bills / day I had to write some numbers down..

but I did look though alot of his hits when i was preping for a profile for him.
I would say a hit roughly 23 minutes after it was entered would be pretty suspicious… especially.. when it went from Saskatoon to Moose Jaw… Oh.. and another thing.. this was in a bundle that a bout 10 or more bills were the same time..
Quite honestly you are chasing Maggiemae away for being competitive.. isn't Idjit one of your most competitive people?? he is on the top??? I look at being on the top one day too!! Competitive is very good to be RUDY!!

Maggie actually tries to stay away from CMT "friendly" places as Idjit put it.

Some of the s**t that is said in these forums is such garbage. This site is about tracking your money.
Dr said he wanted this site to be used to track your money as you would normally spend it..
I've never ever really used debit cards much.. and when I don't have cash I still do.. if needed
Maggie helps run a cab company so all the drivers need change.. she can mark them.. and as she said none of the drivers go and enter them… they are even told not too..
I would say that makes her more reputable than some of the top people on this site.
if you are going to CMT "friendly sites" you are looking for free hits.
I don't see any of the 8 hits maggie got from chickenman as free hits.. she wouldn't have spend cash there if she had known he worked there.

Eagle I can see why you wouldn't want people to know where you work.
If people in regina started hiring me to spread ( & hit) their marked money I would spread it but not enter it.
Idjit when you starting seeing people coming to your gas station to get hits.. that is when you should stop giving those people hits.
Same with any other of you people.
If you all wanna be critical of people on this site.. then Maggie, I am with you.. we should be critical and point out all the other sinners as well.

i didn't see anyone pillorying maggie and branding her a "sinner". i saw dr gently explain to her what was likely going to happen with the anomalous hit total, then i saw her get very pouty and exeunt in a huff. i think we're all pretty lucky that dr is a bigger and more stoic man than i, because i know what i would be doing about this tempest in a teapot right about now…

as for competition… well… some people will make a competition out of anything. (whoever has the most toys at the end wins, right?) i suspect the points were envisioned as a way to make this site "fun" to all those who couldn't be just satisfied in tracking. i grant that that must be a part of it for those who find that intellectual curiousity is beyond their ken. personally, i have innumerable things in my life that are more important to me than getting onto page one – most of which don't involve competition of any sort. but, go ahead… knock your socks off and be competitive. i'll even spring for an engraved trophy you can pass amongst yourselves. just don't go mucking about with the pure, natural diffusion of currency – i'll fight forever for its sanctity.

Well Rudy as i pointed out if Dr is taking away hits cause new users enter a bundle then maybe he should go though all the hits again and re evaluate them..
i know it is alot of work… but so be it..
wouldn't you like to know how many hits say .. idjit would loose??
I'ld like to know.. cause that means it would be alot easier for us who are somewhat competitive to climb up next to him.
Or even if he decided to leave the bundles of hits..

This thread is getting absolutely out of hand. This NOT a democracy as dr runs it as he sees fit. At times I can not figure out how things work but live with it. The fun, the work or whatever you wish to call it is in the thrill of watching where bills can end up.

First we should look at how this site has changed from the beginning. Expecially over the past year, in order for the site to stay "fair" with the rapid growth, dr has to make changes, and yes, not everyone agrees with the changes, but dr knows what he is doing and it is and always has been for the betterment of this site!!
As for your first comment of chickman being new, that is fine, we want all marked bills entered. As for all hits, they will come later. I recently had a local person enter a bunch of my bills, and I asked for them to go to hit heaven. I didn't think this was fair, as I just sent the bills to the bank, and knew they were there. She was also a newbie and thought this was ok to do. She now doesn't enter any of my bills anymore. As active members, this should also be part of tracking money, letting the newbies no its ok to enter ALL marked bills, but they may not all be entered as hits.
Also I was not brought up to be competitive, I was brought up to be fair, and everyone is equal!! I, for many years coached both baseball and basketball to girls ages 8 to 14 that were not "good" enough to make the "other teams" we played against these teams and had a blast. Our first win was by default, the other team never showed. I taught these girls how much fun it was to play together. Winning never mattered, because of this they learned how to play together and became quite a good unit. Two of the girls continued to coach the "rejects" as they called themselves. When I played, my coach always kept things fair, if it was your turn you played regardless if we needed a home run to win. People have to stop and enjoy life. This site is also just a fun part a life, lets stop the pettiness and enjoy it. Dr isn't playing favorites he's just trying to keep up with the changes!! Remember he also has a life, if you guys all keep nitpicking about this stuff maybe we won't have anything to track!!!!!!!!!
