bills with no plate #

i've recently recieved a 20 in the EVA series and it has no plate # on it. is this bill worth anything?

EVA no b.p.n. = $37 in UNC condition
EVA with b.p.n. = $60 in UNC condition

what is the plate # is that the number between the big 2 and 0 on the front??
i had never noticed that number b4 just looking at my money when i saw this message

the # that's missing is on the back, right hand side above the 20 and below the bush. there's no # there, i read that it was missing it on some link from here

is this supposed to be rare or only on that series? I have a 20 with no plate number. EVE series
hey maybe this one is a counterfeit!

If it may be a counterfeit, enter it into the field on the front page which says "Is this bill counterfeit?"

but then if i spend it and it is counterfeit i have knowingly spent fake money. this way i am innocent. not to mention, i am not out 20 bucks.

i found the error pretaining to to the bill on some link back when i entered it, i can't find that link again but there are some others with the same problem…..EVE does sound familiar

well I am going to spend it today. used the spare stuff yesterday to plate the beast now to get the power steering fixed.
