Subject: Hit Guess contest rules

minor changes but now in effect.
One guess per member each month.
All guesses must be in by the 8th of the month
Closest to the actual number of guesses wins.
In the result of a tie the higher number is declared the winner.
Winner will be announced on the 8th of the following month.
The winner wears the invisible crown until the next winner is announced, at which time the new winner gets the crown.
The winner also has bragging rights for the time they wear the crown.
