Heh, that's fixed. Basically I wasn't setting the last login field until they logged in again (ie. after registering). However, now that field is set as soon as a user registers.
As for anonymous users showing up, under the current system that isn'ty really possible, especially since the anonymous users aren't actually loggin in, but simply entering bills anonymously.
