Heh, whether you call it putting more emphasis on hits or less emphasis on the total entered, the resulting percentage is still the same. Anyway, the new system is here to stay as the point of the site is not simply to enter bills, because single, initial entries don't really do much for us. Bills with a URL on them, producing bill hits are where the fun begins. So, that being said, I think you deserve your big lead, because not only have you entered a lot of bills, you've taken the time to ensure you get hits by writing on the bills, thus making the site more fun for everyone (even I like to log on every morning and see how many new hits you've gotten)...
