I actually think that this would solve a lot of this. As you read the first page you are led into the site. I have spent some time thinking about this & this is what I have concluded. The first time I came here I was very computer illiterate. I only wanted to enter the note but as I was reading the first page & I entered at the registered user & came aboard. I was quickly & happily addicted & would credit this site w/ helping me learn to navigate my computer. I didn't really spend much time thinking about this until I kept seeing this discussion come up in the forums. So, I went back to the first page & had a look (remembering my 1st experience). If our last paragraph was reworded & moved to the beginning of the page along w/ the add note feature I think there would be fewer complaints. These people are like me, too impatient to read everything before entering.
I agree with simpson105378 & feel that moving this section would make things easier 4 people just trying to check it out. The ones who are really interested will register anyway.
