I do not now how to correct this but will tell you what happened. Years ago my wife Betty use to take bills from my pile to enter before they were registered or stamped. So we came up with a solution that she would have an account and would enter bills she wanted to spend that had not yet made it through the system. So yesterday while I was busy I had entered bills but not stamped them and had to go out. Betty needed money (as women always do)so she entered numerous bills I had just entered (causing many hits) stamped them and off she went grocery shopping. When I noticed the pile of bills missing I asked her where they were which she replied "don't worry I entered them and stamped them like you showed me". When I explained what she did I was told it was my fault for leaving them in the wrong place without any notes ( I usually put note "entered but not stamped" on the piles.) Bottom line those hits should be removed. Not that anyone would notice a 40 plus hit day. (note to self hide my bills).
