Or all of the above. Our stamps can be washed off with ISO but I do not see the banks doing it, maybe private citizens cleaning them up. I was working for companies who will remain confidential and I moved large sums of money. While I carried this money I had the ability to obtain the serial numbers. The first few days on the job I had stamped many of the bills. That was short lived when I was read the riot act so to speak, so from that day forth I entered the numbers however did NOT Mark them in any way. This job helped me enter copious amounts of money without any financial investment and also make up many lists. That said I am now not working for them anymore so most of my bills are entered. Not All but most.
