Hello, and welcome to the site.
The object of the game is to see where money travels.
If you can find the original bill you seen in the float and enter it's serial number, you would see when and where it was originally entered.
It could of been entered in a nearby town last month, or 10 years ago across the country.
If anyone ever enters a bill that you have entered, you will get a "hit" and find out where it travelled to.
