About a week ago I went to the nearby Bank of Montreal to get a bundle of fives, not the new fives, not uncirculated, just a bundle of old fives. I had called around in advance and was told this branch has bundles in stock, so I went. Once there the teller had no idea of what she was doing, even after I told her that I had called ahead and so a bundle should be waiting for me. No way! She went and asked the other tellers if they had any fives they could spare. She was acting like the entire bank was bankrupt of fives! I was so pissed off! After all that she could only summon half a bundle and she wanted me to leave my name and account number and come back tommorow for the other half. Really now! She knew me from before so she did not need my personal info. I went back to this bank the next day for another unrelated transaction, and of course she wasn't there! Quelle surprise! Maybe next time I'll drive over to Ottawa to get my business done, the rest of Canada does not know how Quebec operates over here. Crazy, crazy, crazy place.

Anyways I went elsewhere (Royal Bank) to get the rest, No problem. Next time I will ask for the commercial teller and not leave with anything less than I asked for.
