Some due and so do not have coating ... I found when the stazon ink pad is used for a while the amount of ink going onto the stamp is less and the smear factor goes way down I have also wasted many a bill with a big smear mark across it and if the paper was not so costly would toss it. If my office manager did such sloppy work on my envelopes I would toss them and make her redo them. However at $5.00 per mistake I just spend them in fast paced places so I am not asked about the mess.
