Guess maybe I should ask my bank for a TRUE BRICK the next time i order.
Seems when I get my STACKS that they are not "fresh" notes, but "used" notes.
I'll give it a go on my next order and see what happens.

Yes, polymer notes are more prone to damage. I have seen many with tears/rips/missing pieces just from bill counters alone. Then, there are always those that some idiot has tried to melt...
