See, being from the prairie, dark forests are interesting to me. Flat prairie, old deserted farmhouses, and squished gophers and skunks on the road don't do it for me anymore. When I ask my kids where they want to go on vacation, its "the mountains" or "the ocean" or " the woods". (translation: anywhere but here)
