The person who originally marked the note entered it wrong and it is an orphan. So you will be shown as the first enterer of the note.. The next person entering it will give this note it's first hit. We all make errors when we enter notes and this is one of the examples of this.. Also look at Anonymous.. This user is all of the anonymous users and they have entered a note that was marked but entered incorrectly. If they are the first user on a hit it means that they found an orphan..
