Hey papablue, don't be so blue, how are you marking your bills? Use a good felt pen like an ultra fine point Sharpie or get a stamp. Enter lots of fives, they seem to get hit the most. Tell everyone you know. My problem is that I don't speak French too well so I have quite a hard time convincing store clerks, gas jockeys and the like that this is just isn't a big Canadian Conspiracy.

I joined July 19, 2001 and got my first hit in November. Why so long? I waited 3 months to get a stamp and got very impatient and stopped entering bills. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! Go to an office supply store and get your stamp, pick up some Sharpies while you're waiting. I went to Bureau en Gros and since they have to send away for it it took a painful 2 weeks. Go to a smaller store and they may do it right there. Put your stamp in both languages or just French may have more appeal. Keep at it!
