These people may not have beent hat interested.. as I am sure all areas have many 1 timers
As you Enter Mark and spend money. there will be more people who come to the site, maybe even some of those 1 timers will come back.
With the proper encouragement to some of the new users to make them feel welcome. They may come and start entering their own bills.
