you ask her if she thinks she "defaces" the notes every time she stamps a bundle and even misses slightly. I come across a lot more banknotes similarly "defaced" than I do OUR stamped notes.
these minor functionaries in banks twist me. "excuse me, ma'am, but you have a job that is more than adequately replaced by that ATM over there and since you can't even get it straight what the Bank of Canada's regulations are, I suggest you go and appease and honour your overload by dusting its keyboard."
Many banks have a policy whereby if you are not totally satisfied by their customer service on your visit, you should tell them. I would NOT have passed up the opportunity to convey that I was NOT satisfied.
Sorry for the rant, but i just have not patience with such ignorance as that displayed by this "service representative"
