Subject: Small Lines on New Notes

Message:

I've noticed with the new notes (all denonminations), that small black lines that look like hair or eyelashes appear on them. They lines seem to appear on both the front and the back of the notes, but never in the same place. Has anyopne eles noticed this?

Maybe it is just the ink acting differently with the fabric of the notes.
