another thought that I had and it will never happen in an Indian owned casino as they say all abandonded spare change tickets are donated to a native charity. I would love to see drop boxes for various charities to drop those penny tickets into and then the charities could open the box and cash up the tickets for their organization. I have seen guys leave chips at the tables and never return the casino takes that money and donates to charity.
