That comment gives rise to 2 possibilities.
1) The person works in a bank, mutilated it and sent it too be destroyed but if it is still good the BOC will send it back out.
2) The bill is mutilated and when it gets to a bank they will send it to BOC to be destroyed.
We see this kind of comment from time to time, but not very often. Little do they understand that the Bank Of Canada frowns on people who mutilate bills..
