Well I didn't get much feedback on what you wanted for version 1.5.0 so I've just been plugging away (for the most part) on all the things I think we need to have for the next release. To get everyone excited, I thought I'd post a message about what you can expect to see.

I've made a lot of changes to the message board; you can now easily mark all your unread messages as being read, and you can also now edit your messages. I've also removed the ability to use HTML in the subject line and fixed some bugs with the message board. And the message board list now also shows you how many messages are unread in each individual topic area.

This morning I added the code to add hits to a team's count, which means that any teams that are created before I deploy 1.5.0 will be able to start scoring right away. If you want to be part of a team, please let me know via email as soon as possible as I probably won't get to the team administration stuff before the release which means I'll be doing all the team admin manually for a while.

I have also started the weekly newsletter mailout stuff so that too should be ready for 1.5.0 along with a bunch of minor bug fixes and small changes to the look and feel.

When can you expect to see this new version? Well, that sorta depends on a number of factors. I was hoping to have 1.5.0 deployed towards the latter half of November, but I'm pretty busy these days with Bitonic during the week and the Army Reserves on the weekend. Plus the season of snow is upon us and I want to try and get out for a few days of boarding. However, all that said, I am targeting December 3rd to have the new version in your browsers.

Oh, I almost forgot; I'm getting T-shirt designs made up. When I get some designs I will post them on the site and you can vote on which one you like best. Look for those in the new year.
