Once you find a business (gas stations etc) who need small bills, exchange them for larger denominations. Saves them a trip to the bank.
I always use cash when at an airport. Better chance of travelling that way!!
I have established relationships with certain ‘clients’ who ask me for smaller bills.
For large sums of notes, order directly from the bank. At my branch, they are all aware of what I do and are happy to oblige.
When I pay off my Visa & Mastercard bills, I pay in cash! Another way to get rid of a lot of notes (all stamped!)

Be advised that if you withdraw & deposit using ATM too often, it can raise a flag with the bank to ‘watch’ the account.
