It should be pointed out that just because some of us are Site Assistants doesn't mean we have special abilities to look at the statistics of user names created to number of "notes" entered. Some of the users that created accounts may just simply find the whole premise of note (or bill) tracking simply a waste of time.

Some of my friends and even some of my relatives find my penchant for note tracking rather silly. That does not however deter me from entering as many notes as I can.

There may, and that is a big may, be a need to provide additional wording and prompting to show new users where to enter a note. It is something that dr will have to take the time to determine whether or not he has the desire or the time.....
