The first time I went to enter a marked bill I found...I did not find the add note button. It was too far down the page. I didn't look far enough. My wife entered about 5 marked notes for me. I later joined the site.

I have been using computers since 1972. (yes, we had them then) The add note button belongs at the top. It should be the first thing you see. The reason it's not at the top is to try and get more people to join. All right now, I said it.
